Terry Caffery
Sr. Estimator/Sales
Terry brings thirty-four years of industry experience to Key Glass. Since his arrival in 2012, he has been instrumental in developing relationships with Tampa firms and expanding the Key Glass territory. His Vistawall Architecture and project management experience has been critical to accurately estimating projects and offering valuable engineering suggestions to keep projects on time and on budget.
David Cannon
Business Development/Estimator
David Cannon comes to us with 15 years in the Commercial Construction Industry. He began his career in 2006 after graduating from the University of Florida with a Masters Degree in Building Construction, Design and Planning with an undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida. David has completed over 20 projects in the Healthcare, Education K-12, Industrial, Manufacturing and Commercial Sectors. We are happy to add his expertise to the Key Glass team with his main focus being Business Development and Estimation.
Tim Greene
Estimator/Sales
Tim joined Key Glass in 2016 bringing thirty years of experience to already seasoned Key Glass estimation and project management team where he is focused on fostering new relationships and opportunities with contractors and developers. Tim has extensive experience working on projects ranging from $250,000-$11,000,000.
Derek Whetsel
Estimator/Sales
Derek originally joined Key Glass in 2017 as an installer. In 2019 Derek transitioned into the office to assist our estimators. Derek is our bid coordinator and does project review and take-off’s.
Ben Aleshire
Hollow Metal / Door Hardware Specialist
Ben has been working in sales and estimation for hollow metal and door hardware for over 20 years. Ben joined the Key Glass team in 2020 and has added a new department solely focused on hollow metal doors, wood doors, and door hardware. Ben has brought on board new vendors and suppliers to help provide the most competitive pricing on the market.
Timothy Doyle
Estimator/Sales
Tim has been a glass veteran since 1982 and brought his expertise to Key Glass in 2009. Tim’s focus is the high-end residential market.
Field Coordinator/Project Management
Kenny Davis
Project Manager
Kenny came to Key Glass in 1999 as a field coordinator. He brought his installation field experience and transitioned into a proficient project manager in 2016. His primary responsibility is to manage projects in the northern region of Florida by making sure the material and manpower needs are met.
David Witchey
Project Manager
David’s expertise grew out of working on large projects in the field. He has been in the glass business since 2009. In 2015 he moved from the field to managing projects in south Florida. David’s focus and hands on approach helps deliver on-time projects.
Jason Mort
Project Manager
Jason brings eighteen years of experience to the Key Glass team. Jason is a vital link to coordinate materials, manpower, and the best methods for installation. His skillful attention to detail helps solve problems before they get to the field.
Sandy Graham
Small Projects Coordinator
Sandy joined Key Glass in 2011 after almost forty years in the glass business. She manages and coordinates the materials, manpower, and schedules of projects under $100,000.
Baltazar Vallejo
Field Coordinator
Baltazar has worked with us for 9 Years. His expertise in the field as a lead installer has been vital to the growth of Key Glass. Now as a field coordinator his focus is to communicate the needs of a project and materials in order to keep projects on schedule.
Zack Simpson
Field Coordinator
Zack came to Key Glass ten years ago with extensive field glass experience to coordinate Company projects in Tampa. His role is to ensure necessary manpower and material requirements in order to keep projects on schedule.
Production & Management
Kevin Bogatitus
CADD Engineering Services Manager
Kevin brings years of experience from local drafting and architectural firms. His expertise is vital to ensuring correct material needs and solving any potential installation problems in the field. Kevin’s skills include CADD and 3-D modeling.
Melissa Parker
Project Administrator
Melissa’s position is to provide support for the Project Managers, Field Coordinators and Accounting Manager. She relocated to Florida in 2014 from Indianapolis where she secured a position as an office manager for a General Contractor before coming to Key Glass.
Keith Harrison
Senior Production Manager
Keith began in the glass business over twenty-five years ago in Green Bay, Wisconsin as a project manager. Keith masterfully executes production with high efficiency. He oversees the Project Management Team, the Shop Team, and coordinates the field schedule. These duties include producing fabrication drawings, cut lists, CNC programs for fabrication, shop fabrication sequence, and aligning field labor and material requirements.
Miriam L. Carpenter
Accounting Manager
Miriam has been with Key Glass since 2003 and has been in the construction industry since 1989. Miriam is responsible for all aspects of accounting as well as handling weekly payroll and other personnel issues. Her adept expertise is critical for on-budget projects and material costs.
Marybell Flores
Administrative Assistant
Marybell Flores is the Administrative Assistant at Key Glass. Her job duties are vast and an integral part of Key Glass support. She has excellent technical and creative skills as well as an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts.
Kelly Bellamy
Receiving Coordinator
Kelly began as a Class A driver for deliveries for Key Glass in 2009. He now handles all shipping, receiving and quality control of all materials. Kelly has been in the industry since 1997.
